How can I disable catch all?

If you wish to disable catch-all on your email account follow these steps:

  1. Login to Helm as normal.
  2. Select Domains > choose the domain you wish to configure
  3. Click Email Accounts POP3
  4. Untick Set as the catch all account
  5. Click the Save button.
